Well its are bargain if you can spare $900-$1250 per night
I wonder how much it would cost for a tour ?
This is 'The Tuscany' by night.....

Front view....

View from the balcony....

view from a bedroom (it has 6 bedrooms)

Master bathroom (also has 6 bathrooms)
glad I am not the cleaner

The living room

Love the timber door & curve in the staircase , oh
and the table & arrangement

Staircase from above , stonework sigh

The pool room , love the rug...

Left my favourite to last
the chandelier up high in the castle like turret ,
the stone , the timber ,the shape of the windows, how I would
love to view this house in person.
They havent shown the kitchen in this listing ,
I would hope it would live up to the rest of this house.
It isnt often you see a house on the GC that has a different
style to all the others.

Now a little story if you are interested
Soverign Island is at the northern end of the Gold Coast
connected by a bridge from Paradise Point

This is 10 minutes from my home , if you look closely
you can see 2 bridges, in between those 2 bridges is where
we have gone to the Paradise Point park for the past 20 years.
The bridge in the distance goes across to Ephriam Island
(thats a whole other story!)
Paradise Point has changed a lot within that time unfortunately.
It was a lovely village , it still has some of its charm but
there are big changes happening now
(another huge development at the end of the point) it will eventually be chocked with traffic.
It is still a lovely walk along the foreshore ,there is a spacious park
 where many people like
to walk there dogs & ride their bikes ,
swim in a netted off area in the broadwater & there are some nice
restaurants , a deli & a great gelati bar across the road.
We have Mt.Tamborine behind us.
Hope you enjoyed a little tour of my neighbourhood

  1. Karyn we love Paradise Point and I wanted to live on Sovereign Island right or wrong (dreams are free) when we first arrived here HA! Ive only known Paradise Point to be like it is now and during the week the parks are beautiful and the children can swim without fighting for a piece of the water, but I can only begin to imagine how beautiful it was years ago.
Oh and I found a wonderful medical centre =) gotta love toddlers and croup!!
